What is Ozem+ – and what is it not?
Ozem+ (printed OZ+ on the box, also searched as Ozem Plus or OZ Plus) is a food supplement in capsule form: three plant substances, three amino acids and zinc in one “7 component formula”. To be clear about the name: Ozem+ is a food, not a medicine – it contains no semaglutide or any GLP-1 agent and is no substitute for prescription drugs such as Ozempic®.

How to take it
1 capsule, 2 glasses of water
Once daily, unchewed – about 15–30 minutes before or with lunch or dinner.

Tolerability (manufacturer)
No effect on the contraceptive pill or high blood pressure; driving as usual; rarely (≤ 1 in 1,000) dry mouth. Discuss existing conditions with your doctor.
